Est. in 1976 by founders of Arab Contractors, largest company in Egypt which has been nationalized, the group is now operated by the sons of Engineer Osman A. Osman. It operates in diversified activities, however interrelated, whereas business is divided into 3 segments.
Construction & building Materials Industries segments are specialized in executing different types of municipal projects as well as industrial ,residential & administration buildings, in addition to manufacturing diversified reinforced pre-cast & prestressed concrete products & a full range of contracting services.
Information Technology segment involves in providing IT, geographical information systems[GIS], Data Base management systems & wireless technology related business.
In line with the national plan to cope with the increase of food requirement, the third line of business if focused on the agriculture & poultry businesses.
The Group ownership is controlled by Eng. Osman Ahmed Osman Family (Egypt).
