Orient was established in Baghdad in 1987 as a technology company that provides telecommunications services and equipment under the name "Aikor". In 1998, Aikor entered the computer equipment market and continued its successful activities. The second great success of the company was when Aikor turned into a group of companies (Aikor Software and Aikor for internet services). Orient consists of a cadre of specialized and efficient engineers, programmers and designers from the most prestigious international universities, and they have experience in many foreign companies. This cadre has become, in a short time, the source of strength for Orient and the main assistant to become the main and first information technology company in Iraq.
