Sharm Dreams for Tourism Investment built and owns Hilton Sharm Dreams Hotel and Vacation Club, both located in Sharm El-Sheikh. In early 2007, the company expanded its Hilton Sharm Dreams by 28% to bring the total number of rooms to 400, which is set to contribute an estimated annual increase in revenues of LE 8.5 million. In 2010, Sharm Dreams Company is building 248 villas in Hilton Sharm Dreams, which are expected to increase annual revenues by LE 10 million. In 2010, Sharm Dreams Holding announced it is negotiating the full acquisition of Rowad Misr Tourism Investments by acquiring 10% from Rowad Misr Shares to increase its own stake in Rowad Misr Tourism Investment to 80%.
Sharm Dreams Co. for Tourism Investment stakes (Owns) in Concorde Touristic Development 12.07 percent by subscribing to the latter.s capital. Presently, the company is planning to open several hotels in Marsa Alam. In addition Sharm Dreams for Real Estate Development is planning to establish a commercial centers and entertainment complexes in front of Cairo Airport.
