Maridive is engaged in the provision of offshore marine & oil support services in the Middle East and North Africa Region. The Company operates through three subsidiaries: Maridive Offshore Projects SAE, Maritide Marine & Petroleum Services & Valentine Maritime Limited. Maridive Group operates through two main divisions, namely Offshore Support Vessels & Offshore Construction Services.The Offshore Support Vessels division offers vessel chartering services, such as anchor handling, towing supply vessels, diving support vessels & mooring boats & barges, salvage operations, including towing marine casualties, & salvaging stranded and/or sunken vessels & their cargos, marine fire fighting, oil spill responses support, and Maridive fleet, which serves the global offshore oil & gas exploration & production. The Offshore Construction Services offers marine works, offshore projects & underwater activities.
