Remco for Construction of Touristic Villages is an Egypt-based company that operates in the tourism and entertainment projects development and construction. The Company acquires plots of land, designs the development, sells individual units and retains ownership of public areas such as hotels, landscaped areas, housing complexes, beaches and communal swimming pools, roads, water and sewage treatment plants. It operates through eight subsidiaries that include Egyptian Tourism Village Construction, Orient Tours for Hotels and Tourism Villages, Tourism International Company and Remco for Real Estate Construction. Its projects, which are located in the Greater Cairo area, the North Coast of Egypt area and on the Red Sea Coast, include Stella Di Mare Ain el Sokhna Resort, Stella Di Mare Baron, Stella Di Mare Sharm El Sheikh Hotel and Stella Di Mare Heliopolis.
