Among major residential projects: Delta Pharos Building, Loran Building, Salamlek Building, Gleem Building & Fairouz Building. Involved in tourist projects, mainly in South Sinai, with Delta Sharm El-Sheikh as core project. Buying land for its tourist projects. Revenues expected to be generated from its new project in Nasr City are to reach EGP 600M, while projected cost is EGP 170M, excluding land plot's cost (EGP 100M).
