The Company provides consultancy, design and research services in architectural and urban planning projects, as well as execution and management of development projects and contracting services. The Companys real estate services include the purchase and sale of land, marketing and selling for projects, preparing exhibitions, managing tourist villages, assisting with legal documentation, preparing advertisement and publicity campaigns and conducting marketing studies for projects.
Financial Performance:
The Company posted a net profit of EGP19.4 Million for the first 9 months of 2011 vs. EGP16.6 Million for the same period of 2010.
